Our client is a top ranked European investment bank with a massive presence in UK and Continental Europe.
They are now expanding their London based sales team and are looking to hire an excellent sales candidate who will join the Equity sales team.
The team sells Scandinavian Equity to institutional clients (banks, asset managers, insurance companies, hedge funds, pension funds) in the UK and Europe (Germany, Scandinavia, France, Switzerland, Benelux).
 
Key responsibilities:
-Sell Scandinavian Equity to UK and European clients,
-Create and maintain an effective sales distribution network in Europe,
-Work closely with the Stockholm and Frankfurt office to identify and engage new business prospects,
-Maintenance of the existing client base and acquisition of new clients.
 
Key skills required:
-Excellent product knowledge of Scandinavian/Nordic equity,
-Very good understanding of the UK and/or European (German, French, Benelux, Swiss) institutional market,
-Strong sales and communication skills,
-Will to travel.
