Sales, Fixed Income to Emerging Market Funds, London, £Highly Competitive.
Our client is a Market Leader in African debt securities.
Their strategy is to continually build a focused regional expertise in East Africa, West Africa and Central Africa, English speaking West African countries and Southern Africa.
Due to their constant success, they are now looking to add an exceptional individual with excellent emerging markets sales knowledge to head up their distribution platform, selling products across all asset classes to Hedge Funds, asset managers and real money funds.
The successful individual will be familiar with and have sound understanding of syndicated loans and FI product experience on any markets.
Key responsibilities:
-Sales and distribution of Fixed Income products including syndicated loans,
-Selling to institutional investors throughout the African markets, as well as Emerging Market funds in the UK and Europe,
-Maintenance of the existing client base and acquisition of new clients.
Key skills required:
-Strong Fixed Income product knowledge,
-Excellent understanding of African markets in the UK and/or Europe,
-Excellent sales and communication skills,
-Ideally a background in Africa related business.
