Sales, Funds to UK intermediaries, London, £Highly competitive.
Our client, a leading asset management house, is looking to hire a proven sales candidate for its London-office. The fund has a broad global reach working across hedge funds, mutual funds, alternative solutions and structured products, and given their strong position in the current financial markets they're looking to make one further addition to the team.
This candidate will focus on: -selling mutual funds and associated products to UK clients, -covering various intermediary clients (IFAs, stockbrokers, private banks, asset managers, wealth managers, discretionary accounts, funds managers, etc.), -clients throughout the UK (London, South, Midlands, North, Scotland, Isle of Man and Channel Islands), -playing a key role in the development of the UK client base, whilst actively servicing the current client list, -working alongside the head of UK sales and the relevant research and product teams. The role also offers high levels of responsibility, autonomy and career progression.
The ideal candidate will: -have prior and proven experience selling to the UK intermediary market, -have sold funds, OEICs, structured products or listed products, -have a professional approach to building the business, -be required to contribute to development strategy.
