My client is a clean energy fund looking to hire an associate level Portuguese and/or Spanish speaking project finance originator to join their London based origination group.
The successful candidate will:
-Be an active part of the origination and execution efforts for the financing of carbon/clean energy projects in Iberia/Latam,
-Running a deal from start to finish – origination, marketing, due diligence, commercial negotiations, deal structuring and legal documentation,
-Term-sheet and documentation negotiation, analysing due-diligence, debt structuring.
The successful candidate will:
-Have a focus on renewable, biofuels or biomass,
-Be a native or fluent Portuguese and/or Spanish speaker,
-Have associate level project finance origination or analysis experience.
