A leading financial institution is currently looking to expand their commodities trading desk.
The role will include helping expand the current trading operation there by dealing directly with clients, both internally and externally and generating revenues by trading mainly vanilla derivatives within energy commodities.
Ideal candidates for this role will:
-Be of an associate to VP level of experience in terms of energy commodity derivatives trading,
-Be from a background within an oil or energy company with a wish to move into the banking sector,
-Have substantial experience dealing directly with clients,
-Have a strong mathematical background and excellent computer skills,
-Have an entrepreneurial personality and strong client facing skills.
