My client is a top investment bank looking to add an associate level equity linked originator to their London based Islamic finance group.
The group is responsible for presenting European deals to MENA based investors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Origination, analysis and execution of; ECM, equity-linked, private placements, real estate and private equity transactions,
-Manage due diligence, deal structuring, deal execution and relationships with relevant counterparties,
-Structuring equity transactions into a Sharia compliant format for presentation to Gulf investors.
The successful candidate will:
-Have at least associate level equity linked origination experience,
-Have either Gulf-based experience or any form of Islamic finance exposure,
-Have a broad exposure to a wide range of equity transactions–IPOs, private placements, real estate, private equity etc.
