Our client, a leading global investment bank with a major presence in Europe, Asia and the USA are now looking to hire within their Frankfurt based sales team. They are looking to add an exceptional individual to their successful team, who will be in charge of sales of fixed income and credit products covering German speaking institutions (insurance companies, pension funds, banks).

Key responsibilities:

-marketing and distributing Credit and Fixed Income products to a diverse range of institutional clients (insurance companies, pension funds, hedge funds, Landesbanks, private banks)
-Sourcing of alternative/exotic investment products
-Using the teams well established client base and expanding this clientele
-Introduce and provide training to the various distribution channels in promotion and sales of treasury related products

Skills required:

-Proven track record of selling derivatives to institutions in Germany
-Products include German domestic fixed income products (Schuldschein) and Credit Bond products, as well as derivatives and structured products
-Good understanding of the German speaking institutional market
-Ability to adapt to an international team
-Fluency in German
-Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
