A leading US investment offers a unique opportunity for a senior ECM Originator to head up its Middle East operation in Dubai.
The opportunity will focus on heading up a team of 6 originating and structuring deals to corporate clients and financial institutions in the MENA region.
Main responsibilities will include:
-Raising equity in M East public markets for corporate clients,
-Fund raising for PE funds in the Middle East,
-Originating and executing transactions, mainly IPO's,
-Managing road shows and interacted with the syndicate to provide feedback to issuers for live transactions.
The ideal candidate to take this role will have the following criteria:
-It is essential to work as a senior ECM originator and have a strong track record in deal transactions,
-Exposure to corporate clients, and ability to originate, structure and also work on the syndication side of the business is desired,
-Middle East working experience and Arabic language skills are desirable but not essential as my client would recruit an exceptional senior from other locations willing to head up the Dubai team.
