The Zurich based sales team of a top ranked European Investment Bank is expanding its growth and they are now looking to add an exceptional salesperson/marketer to their strong sales team.
The team sells structured products across all asset classes to institutions in the Swiss market (banks, insurance companies, family offices, asset managers) and they are now looking for an individual who will not essentially be involved in the selling of the products but will promote and market the banks products to external asset managers in Europe and Switzerland.
This is a relationship management as well as a business development role as the successful individual will be responsible for maintaining the existing client base and for acquisition of new clients.
 
Key responsibilities:
-As the manager of sales for external asset managers you will be reporting to the European Head of Sales,
-Acquisition of new clients and maintaining existing relationships with external asset managers,
-Marketing and promoting the bank and its products to external asset managers,
- Presenting product innovations to these clients,
-Writing articles proposing research based products to external clients.
 
Skills Required:
-Proven track record in a similar role, ideally in relationship management, sales or business development,
-Strong understanding of the Swiss and European Institutional market,
-Fluency in German and English,
-Strong sales and communication skills.
