ECM/Equity linked origination, NYC, $Excellent.

My client is a tier one US based investment bank.
They require a VP level ECM/Equity linked originator to join their New York based convertible bonds origination group immediately as direct replacement for a recent leaver.

The successful candidate will be required to:
-Full involvement in CB issuings for A listed companies - structuring, due diligence, internal/external marketing, full participation in investor meetings,
-Secure cornerstone investors and pricing of public offerings and private placements of equity and equity-related securities in the US,
-Co-manage a team of 6 juniors.

The successful candidate will have:
-At least senior associate/junior VP level ECM or equity linked origination experience,
-Relevant US based experienced-telecomms or healthcare focus would be particularly interesting,
-Eligibility to work in the US would be helpful although not mandatory,
-Exceptional reward and bonus packages are on offer for the successful candidate.
